2. What are the benefits of being part of Skin Beauty Club?

You can earn Points based on every spending in Maro Beauty House. The more you spend in Maro Beauty House, the more Points you will earn. Stay tuned for more exciting benefits!

3. How do I join Skin Beauty Club?

Just create an account no minimum Spend at Maro Beauty House Webstore and Salon to be eligible as member.

4. How do I know my membership status?

You will be informed of your current membership status by us or you may log in to My Account page in Maro Beauty House Webstore. Stay tuned for more exciting news.

5. Do I need a membership card ?

For your convenience, there is no need to keep a physical membership card.

6. Can I maintain my membership status?

Your membership will be maintained as long as you meet the minimum spending RM 500.

7. When will my status be reviewed?

Your membership will be valid for 1 year from the date of membership sign up, or renewal. For example, if your membership starts on 4 December 2019, your next membership status will be reviewed on 3 December 2020.

9.How do I earn the membership points?

Every RM1 spent on facial treatments or products are equivalent to one (1) points in Maro Beauty House Webstore and Salon.

10. After I have made a purchase , how soon will I see my points?

Points will be reflected in your account within 24 hours after a purchase is made at Maro Beauty House Webstore and Salon.

11. Will my Points expire?

Points will expire every 31st March. As such, members are encouraged to redeem any points accumulated before 31st March.

12. What will happen if I do not utilize my Points within its validity period?

Points will expire and will be forfeited thereafter. Any forfeited Points will not be reinstated.

13. Will I be notified if my points are expiring soon due to inactivity?

Yes, you will be notified by us and email newsletter to redeem points balance before expiry date.

14. When can I start redeeming my rewards?

You may redeem your points anytime. Expired points cannot be carried forward nor be exchangeable for cash.

15. What can I redeem?

You may redeem points for any products or services at retail prices only.

16. Where can I redeem it?

(For services) - You may redeem points at Maro Beauty House Salon.
(For Product) - You may redeem points when you checkout.

17. How can I redeem my points?

Once you ready to redeem, you may decide to redeem products or services, and shall the points not be sufficient, additional balance payment may be required.

18. Can I combine points with my friends?

Membership points may be used within your membership only i.e. cannot be combined.

19. Can I transfer my points to my friend/family member’s account?

Membership points may be used within your membership only i.e. cannot be transferred or exchanged.

20. In the event that I can’t come in-store to redeem the membership points, can I get assistance to help redeem my balance points?

Yes, you can contact Maro Beauty House to redeem your points, and if any balance payment is required, an online transfer may be made to Maro Beauty House bank account and the payment slip shared with us. You are advised to collect the redeemed product from the respective centre as soon as possible.

21. Will I still be able to collect points whenever I spend after 31st March?

Yes, you can continue to collect membership points from any spending with Maro Beauty House.

22. Can I cancel my points that have been redeemed?

Points that have been previously redeemed cannot be cancelled and are non-refundable.

23. In the event of any refunds, can I get back any points that may have been redeemed?

No. Any points that have been redeemed. will not be refund.
